    This is our New Year Card with drawings of children. The stamp is the drawing of Palazzo Gotico, a palace of Piacenza. The children wish happiness and to spend a good time with your loved ones.

Our survey has concluded !! 436 votes were cast for the logo selection survey of our project.The logo prepared by Ayşenur Talay Şahin from Turkey was chosen with 142 votes.The distribution of the other votes cast is shared below.

Ther's a great collaborative atmosphere among all of us and that's the right starting of our common adventure.  

 To introduce our class to our new friends, each student created his avatar using PIXTON. Then we gave our avatars voice using CHATTERPIX. At last, we used MAGICO to edit the video. Now the video is ready for our friends!

 We worked with joy and happiness for our project poster. First, each student painted a girl and a boy and the we cut and pasted the project's name letters on their clothes. So simple but colorful!!!!

  HELLO EVERYONE! My name is Garyfalia Tsolakou but everyone calls me Faliana. I come from Greece and I live and work in Athens. I graduated in 2009 and since then I have been working in public primary schools. This year I teach A Grade and my students are 6 years old. My class has 24 students and one co-teacher. Although it is the first year that I work at the 4th Elementary School of Kaisariani, I found warm and hospitable partners. I'm new to Etwinning but I'm in the mood for work and new ideas! I am very happy for this project and I hope we have a great time working together! This is my class! Everyone is excited to work with you in Etwinning! Let me introduce them!

 

 

 

 

Hello everyone !! We carefully prepared our logos for our project. Now it's time to choose our project logo. Don't forget to vote for the logo you like for our project!!

 We are proud to be an eTwinning school and we love outdoor activties. We want to send you  special greetings from our green area, where we use to play, explore and learn. Hello from 5th graders, section B, Don Minzoni school- Ottavo Circolo, Piacenza- Italy, with teachers Marzia and Marisa.

 Hi everyone! Thanks for the invitation to take part in our collaborative project blog.   5th graders  from Don Minzoni, Ottavo Circolo Piacenza, are excited to work with all of you.  With teacher Marzia they made logos and  self presentations. Together with teacher Marisa they created avatars and comics. They love working in group. taking decisions, sharing responsabilities and compare their outcomes and performances. Over all they can't wait to watch videos made by the partner classes. Knowing each other is a great starting.  Thanks from all of us for this special opportunity. We LOVE eTwinning! Yeah!

Together with our students, we created our cartoons by opening the Pixton application on the smart board in our classroom. Later, we made the cartoons talk with the chatterpix application from my phone.
